Cultivation : The vines are planted on gravely soil dating from the glaciations and receive traditional treatment, without herbicides or pesticides. Harvesting occurs by night and early morning.
Vinification : Destemed grapes, temperature controlled fermentation, manual over pumping and cap immersion.
Aging method : 10-12 months.
