Cultivation : The vines are planted on gravely soil dating from the glaciations and receive traditional treatment, without herbicides or pesticides. Harvesting occurs by night and early morning.
Vinification : Alcoholic fermentation at a low temperature. No malolactic.
Aging method : 4 months in Stainless with the lees.
